Happy Canadian Thanksgiving, friends!!! This year I'm celebrating from afar my favorite Holiday and sending all the love to everyone. What better way to spend it then making this yummy Fall Charcuterie board? I get that we won't be really entertaining guests like we normally would because, oh well, "Miss Rona" refuses to leave the premisses. But there is one thing this year has taught me was to always be grateful and celebrate the little things. This Charcuterie board is perfect either if it's for an at home date night or if you're just having some time for yourself after the kids went to sleep, you deserve to enjoy this beauty. Super easy to make, this charcuterie board has all the Fall feels.

What you will need:

  1. Crackers (you can get a variety of them)

  2. Cold cuts - I love prosciutto, but you can use whatever you love

  3. Nuts

  4. Fruits -both dried and fresh (here I'm using dried figs and fresh blueberries, I always love adding berries to my boards)

  5. Hard and Soft Cheeses- Here I'm using Smoked Gouda, Gorgonzola and Parmesan

  6. Olives!!! Always have to have olives!

  7. Chocolate- Here I'm using Lindtt's Sea Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate. It's delicious and crunchy!

  8. Yummy dips, such as jams, spreadable cheese etc. Here I'm using Fig Jam.

Lighten some candles to set the mood and enjoy! Pair it with your favourite wine.
