New year, new you! It's time to start putting you first, boo. So treat yourself!!!

1. Bathtub Tray

I bought this for myself on my birthday and let me tell you, baths now make me feel like a queen! I light up a candle on it, read my favorite book or watch a show on the iPad, pour myself some tea (or wine, no one is judging), lay back and relax while a do face mask.

2. A good coffee machine

I get that you love your Starbucks, and that nothing I say will make you let that go, but honestly, nothing like enjoying a good cup of coffee from your own home. I really believe it's worth making an investment. But if you don't want to spend too much on a coffee machine, buy a milk frother. This will upgrade your coffee and take you to another level of deliciousness.

  1. Coffee machine, If you're not an espresso kind of person (like myself), this Braun is the best one, as it makes both cold and hot brew as well as single servings or big servings. If you like espresso, the Nespresso is a good choice.

  2. Milk frother, Amazon (trust me, this one is BETTER then the Nespresso one, I have both and I only use this one)

3. Fluffy Slippers

When I was pregnant and my feet hurt all the time, I went hunting for a comfy pair of sleepers. After going through a couple of them, I found my favorite ones. These are sooo soft! Also they are super inexpensive as well.

4. Loungewear

Either if you spend a lot of time at home (like myself) or not, dressing in something comfortable and cute is key to make you feel good. The trick is to choose soft fabrics. Ditch the old T-shirts and thank me later. Check out these by Cozy Earth: Cozy Earth

5. Candles and Scents

Having your home smelling good is a must. I love going through different scents, but my all time favorite is the Marshmallow Fireside by Bath and Body Works. If you're not a fan of candles, you should use a diffuser. Either way, walking around the house with that pleasant aroma always makes me feel like I'm special.

I started taking Persona long before getting asked to talk about them here. First of all, the fact that it is catered exactly to my needs, is fantastic. You start by going to their website and responding to an assessment. Then you will find out exactly what you need, based on your answers. For example, because I'm nursing, one of the vitamins I take are prenatal. They carefully look at your current health conditions, gender, age, diet, allergies, lifestyle, and even your prescription medications, so you get just what you need.

Another really cool thing about it is that I never run out of vitamins, as Persona offers a subscription program that delivers to your door each month, which is great for COVID times and also great for mommas who just had babies and don't really feel like running out of the house for errands (AKA me).

I added mine to my morning routine, leaving the box at my coffee station as a reminder.

If you’re interested in trying Persona multivitamins, you can try them out using this link to get 30% OFF.

1. Farewell Frizz, Blow dry perfection & heat protectant creme, by y Briogeo. As I blow dry my hair often, it gets really dry and damaged because of the amount of heat exposion, this creme worked really well on my hair and didn't leave it with that "heavy feeling" that I felt from other products I used as heat protectant. It also won the 2018 Allure Reader's Choice Award for Best Defrizzer. CAD$40.95 here

2. Crema Saponetta Creme Cleanser, by Borghese Roma. This cleanser is the best facial cleanser I have found, it really cleans deeply. I just wouldn't recommend for those who have dry skin, I'm positive it works better on oily/normal skin. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and ready for the day/night right before I apply my serums/moiturizers. U$ 35 here

3. Strawberry-C Brightening Serum, by Volition Beauty. I started using and about two days later I already noticed a great difference. It's been a busy month with many events and lots of makeup on my face, adding this serum to my skincare routine really helped me feel it more plump and bright. U$42 here

4. Radiante Renew and Restore Night Creme, by Borghese Roma. This was a great addition to my nighttime ritual. It felt thick once I put it on but my skin absorbed it beautifully. This Cream helps increase resistance to barrier damage and provides hydration during skin’s nightly routine. Totally recommend it! U$90 here

5. I MASK purifying probiotic mask, by Image Skincare. One word: AMAZING! After a long week of not sleeping or eating so well and way too much makeup, I cleaned my face, put this mask of, I ran myself a bath with some candles on and just relaxed. The very next day my skin was feeling unbelievable! Smooth, bright, soft, CLEAN! It balances the skin's natural flora and helps it resist dehydration and imbalance. It contains essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to nourish the skin and fight damage. U$ 45 here
